1. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on 8/20/2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on 9/20/2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“Promotion Period”), unless extended or ended earlier in accordance with these Terms. Purchases made before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is available only to individuals who:

• Are legal residents of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia;

• Are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater;

• Have a valid United States billing address;

• Purchase an eligible paid SellerFly subscription during the Promotion Period; and

• Meet all other requirements contained in these Terms.

Residents of U.S. territories, Canada, and all other countries are not eligible.

​

Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of SellerFly are not eligible.

This is a gift-with-purchase promotion. It is not a contest, sweepstakes, lottery, or random drawing.

3. Qualifying Subscriptions

Only the following paid SellerFly subscription plans qualify:

• SellerFly Premium Subscription; or

• SellerFly Annual Subscription.

​

Free memberships, free trials, complimentary accounts, refunded purchases, renewals of an existing qualifying subscription, and subscription plans other than those listed above do not qualify.

​

An existing SellerFly customer may qualify by purchasing or upgrading to an eligible subscription during the Promotion Period, provided the customer has not previously received a gift card through this Promotion.

​

The subscription must be purchased directly through SellerFly’s official website. Purchases through unauthorized third parties do not qualify.

​

4. Gift Card Value

Each eligible customer will receive one US $5 Amazon.com Gift Card.

​

The gift card is intended for use on Amazon.com and is subject to Amazon’s applicable gift-card terms and restrictions.

​

5. Promotion Limit

There is a limit of one gift card per person and household during the Promotion Period.

​

SellerFly may also apply this limit across accounts that share an email address, billing address, payment method, device, or other identifying information. Creating multiple accounts or using multiple email addresses to obtain additional gift cards is prohibited.

​

The Promotion cannot be combined with another promotional gift-card offer unless SellerFly expressly states otherwise in writing.

​

6. When a Customer Qualifies

Eligibility is confirmed only after:

• The customer completes the purchase of an eligible subscription;

• The initial subscription payment has been successfully processed and cleared;

• The payment has not been declined, reversed, refunded, disputed, or charged back; and

• SellerFly determines that the transaction complies with these Terms.

Simply submitting an order does not guarantee eligibility.

​

7. Gift Card Delivery

The gift card will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with the qualifying SellerFly account, generally within 1 to 3 weeks after eligibility is confirmed.

​

Customers are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid email address and for checking spam, junk, promotions, and blocked-sender folders.

​

If a customer does not receive the gift card within 3 weeks, the customer must contact support@sellerfly.com within 30 days of the qualifying purchase. SellerFly may require proof of purchase and account verification before replacing or resending a gift card.

​

SellerFly is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect email address, full mailbox, spam filter, blocked message, or other circumstance outside SellerFly’s reasonable control. SellerFly will make reasonable efforts to assist with verified delivery problems.

​

8. Cancellations, Refunds, and Chargebacks

A subscription that is canceled without a refund and remains active through the purchased subscription period will remain eligible.

If the qualifying subscription payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back before the gift card is delivered, eligibility will be canceled.

​

If a refund or chargeback occurs after the gift card has been delivered, SellerFly may deactivate the gift card where possible or deduct its face value from any refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law and SellerFly’s published refund policy.

 

Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund, or consumer-protection right that cannot legally be limited.

9. Gift Card Restrictions

Gift cards:

• Have no cash alternative through SellerFly;

• May not be transferred, resold, exchanged, or combined to obtain additional promotional benefits;

• Are subject to Amazon’s applicable gift-card terms and restrictions;

• Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards where prohibited by Amazon; and

• Will not be replaced by SellerFly after successful delivery if they are lost, stolen, deleted, disclosed to another person, or redeemed without authorization.

SellerFly may substitute a comparable digital gift card of equal or greater value if an Amazon gift card becomes unavailable, where permitted by applicable law.

​

10. Amazon Disclaimer

Amazon.com, Amazon, and their related trademarks are the property of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

Amazon is not a sponsor, administrator, or affiliate of this Promotion. SellerFly is solely responsible for administering the Promotion.

11. Fraud and Abuse

SellerFly may deny or revoke eligibility when it reasonably determines that a customer has:

• Created duplicate or fraudulent accounts;

• Used false, incomplete, or misleading information;

• Manipulated or attempted to circumvent the Promotion;

• Used an unauthorized or fraudulent payment method;

• Resold or attempted to resell a promotional gift card; or

• Otherwise violated these Terms or SellerFly’s general Terms of Use.

SellerFly may request reasonable documentation to verify identity, residency, billing information, or eligibility.

​

12. Taxes

Any federal, state, or local tax obligations associated with receiving or using the gift card are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

​

13. Privacy

SellerFly will use account, purchase, contact, and verification information as reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion, prevent fraud, deliver gift cards, and respond to customer inquiries. Information will be handled in accordance with SellerFly’s Privacy Policy.

​

14. Changes or Termination

SellerFly may modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical problems, gift-card unavailability, legal requirements, or circumstances outside SellerFly’s reasonable control affect its proper administration.

​

Any change will be posted on this page and will apply prospectively. SellerFly will honor valid eligibility established before the change unless prohibited by law or the qualifying transaction is later refunded, reversed, disputed, or found to be fraudulent.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SellerFly’s liability arising solely from this Promotion will not exceed the value of the promotional gift card.

​

This limitation does not exclude or restrict any warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

​

16. Other SellerFly Terms

The qualifying subscription remains subject to SellerFly’s general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, billing terms, cancellation policy, and refund policy.

​

If these Promotion Terms conflict with SellerFly’s general terms, these Promotion Terms will control only with respect to this Promotion.
